About the player
Erlingmark is captain of IFK Göteborg. He came through the Sävedalens IF youth system before joining IFK Göteborg's academy, made his senior debut in 2017.
In January 2022 he left on a free transfer for the Greek club Atromitos, where he spent two seasons. He returned to IFK Göteborg in July 2024, again as a free agent once his contract in Greece had run out, ranking 36th in the club's history for Allsvenskan appearances with more than 150 league games to his name.
His time in Sweden has produced the leading achievement of his career so far: the Svenska Cupen with IFK Göteborg in the 2019–20 season, when he played in the final as the club beat Malmö FF 2–1. He has also represented Sweden at senior level, making his national team debut in a 1–0 friendly win over Kosovo in Doha in January 2020, adding to caps collected earlier at U19 and U21 level, including a goal for the U21 side.
Individual moments have punctuated his return to Göteborg. In November 2024 he hit the crossbar during a 1–1 draw with Kalmar FF, and the previous September, while still at Atromitos, he scored a late goal in a 2–1 defeat to AEK Athens.
