The rink on the Vasas sports ground in Budapest holds 1,500 to 2,000 people, and the second team of the Budapest Hockey Academy plays its home games there. The academy's roots go back to MAC Budapest, founded in 1993. In 2015 the club took its present professional form after a merger and rebranding.
Budapest Akadémia 2 is the academy's U21 side, and it is young: it entered the Hungarian U21 league in the 2021–2022 season. It won the championship at the first attempt. In 2022–2023 it finished third.
The senior team, the Wolverines (Rozsomákok in Hungarian), won the Erste Liga in 2018, 2025 and 2026, and the Hungarian Cup in 2017 and 2023. The club also holds U18 and U16 titles from 2023–2024.
The club plays in blue, yellow and white.
