Parma Perm 2

The best week Parma-2 has produced came in 2016/17, when the team reached the Final Eight of the VTB Youth United League and beat Saratov's Avtodor-2 for a top-seven finish among the country's development squads. Kirill Arkhipov was named the league's player of the month that November, and the following season Alexander Platunov picked up the same honour before making the jump to the main roster.

Perm's senior club, BC Parma, had only just been founded when the reserve side was set up in 2013 to give younger and fringe players a competitive league to grow in rather than sit out on the bench. It carries the parent club's navy blue, orange and white, answers to the same "Parma" name with a "2" attached, and runs off the same website. Sergey Spasennikov took the team through its early years as its first head coach.

The senior side fills UDS Molot; the reserves work out of the Sports Complex named after V.P. Sukharev. In the 2025/26 regular season, playing at times under the label Parma-M, the team finished seventh with 29 wins against 23 losses before a quarter-final exit to MBA-MAI-Junior.
