Prykarpattia

The clearest silverware still sits with a club that no longer exists under this name. As Spartak, then as Prykarpattia, the Ivano-Frankivsk side won the Ukrainian SSR championship's Class B three times, in 1955, 1969 and 1972, and took the Ukrainian First League in 1993/94. That club folded in 2007. What plays today carries the name but not the lineage in any legal sense — the current club dates its founding to 1998, though its badge still bears 1981, the year the old Spartak became Prykarpattia.

It began as Teplovyk, the works team of the Ivano-Frankivsktheplokomunenergo utility company. A 2013 merger with youth side Nika produced Nika-Teplovyk, a pairing that lasted a single year before splitting: Nika stayed in the regional championship, Teplovyk carried on in the Second League. Professional status arrived in 2016, bringing the name Teplovyk-Prykarpattia, and by 2017 the club had settled on Prykarpattia alone.

In 2022, with Russia's invasion under way, the club briefly renamed itself Prykarpattia-ZSU after fourteen players and staff joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A new main sponsor prompted another change in 2025, to Prykarpattia-Blaho.

The best this version of the club has managed is bronze in the Second League's Group A, in 2017/18 — the same season Ihor Khudobiak scored 25 goals, top of the division and still the club's professional-era scoring mark. Games against Lviv's Karpaty are billed as the Galician derby; closer to home, there's a regional rivalry with Prubiy of Horodenka, and matches against Enerhetyk Burshtyn and Zakarpattia's Hoverla carry their own weight.

Home games are played at the Rukh stadium, formerly known as Kristal, with 15,000 capacity and 6,500 seats fitted with individual plastic chairs.
