Hala Folimanka seats 1,300, and it is where USK Praha's second team plays out its role as a proving ground rather than a trophy contender. That role has not always run through the same corridor: before the current setup took shape around 2015/16, the reserve side operated as a separate entity, VŠ Praha, until it was dissolved in 2016 and folded back into the structure that now carries the USK Praha B name.

The team has come closest to a league title in the men's 1. Liga, finishing runner-up in 2015/16 and again in 2018/19, without turning either campaign into a championship. Its real function shows up elsewhere: the B side is the step between the club's youth ranks and its senior NBL squad. Ondřej Švec made that step and now captains the first team, one of several players, including Tomáš Palas and Matěj Šafařík, who passed through the reserve side on their way up.

Matches against SK Slavia Prague carry more weight than the second team's league position would suggest. USK Praha itself was known as Slavia VŠ Praha before it took its current name in 1991, so the fixture against Slavia is played as a Prague derby with a shared past attached to it, not just a local rivalry invented for the occasion.

Founded in 1953 as part of the parent club, the reserve side wears the same navy blue and white and works under the same crest.
