Bohemians 1905 1-1 Jablonec: Late Penalty Keeps Points Level
Bohemians 1905 played out a 1-1 draw against Jablonec in the Czech League's Regular Season match on Wednesday evening at Stadion Dolíček. The result leaves the hosts in 11th place with six points from five games, while Jablonec move up to sixth with 10 points. Both sides had chances to take all three points but the match ended with the visitors retaining their position above the hosts in the table.
Bohemians took the lead just before half-time when Martin Cedidla found the net at 45+2 minutes. Jablonec managed two shots on target from six attempts, struggling to break down a defence that made 30 clearances and won 14 aerial duels.
The draw maintains the gap between the two sides at four points, with Jablonec still holding a comfortable position above the relegation zone. Bohemians will need to improve their defensive solidity if they want to climb higher, while Jablonec remain in contention for European places with three wins from five league matches.
