About the player
His path since has run through the lower and middle tiers of the Serbian pyramid rather than through Crvena Zvezda.
From Inđija he was loaned to Belasica before returning briefly and then moving on to Žarkovo, then Javor Ivanjica on a free transfer, and finally to Spartak Subotica in July 2023. It was at Subotica that his form drew wider notice: during the 2023/24 Serbian SuperLiga season he was named Player of the Round for the 22nd round. Subotica avoided any relegation trouble during his time there, finishing 13th in 2024/25, and his eventual departure had nothing to do with the club's league position.
Vulić has drawn occasional call-ups from the Serbia setup but has not yet added a senior cap to his name, and he remains without a major team honour so far in his career. His move to Vizela on a free transfer brings him into Portuguese football for the first time.
