Anthony Racioppi

Anthony Racioppi came through the Olympique Lyonnais academy after starting out at CS Chênois in Geneva, but he made 41 appearances for Lyon II in Championnat National 2 over four seasons and was registered with the senior squad without ever making his debut there.

The breakthrough came at BSC Young Boys, where Racioppi won the Swiss Super League and Swiss Cup double in the 2022–23 season, making 40 league appearances. Hull City paid a fee reported between one and 1.6 million euros for him in August 2024. He played just once, in the EFL Cup against Sheffield Wednesday, without adding a league appearance. A loan to 1. FC Köln followed in January 2025, and though Köln won the 2. Bundesliga title and promotion that season, Racioppi remained an unused member of the squad, his only outing coming for the club's second team in the Regionalliga.

He returned home in June 2025, signing a four-year contract with FC Sion. He was ever present in the Swiss Super League in his first season and earning a place in the league's Team of the Year. Racioppi has represented Switzerland at under-20 and under-21 level and has received call-ups to the senior squad, though he is yet to win a full cap.
