Callum James Osmand

Callum Osmand's route to Celtic began in Jersey. Born in Jersey, he played his early football for Grouville F.C. before Fulham's academy took him on in 2019 at the age of 13. He signed his first professional contract in June 2023 and featured for the club's U21 side in Premier League 2, where he was nominated for Player of the Season.

In June 2025 he left Fulham for Celtic on a four-year deal. His senior debut came on 29 October 2025 against Falkirk, coming off the bench in a 4–0 win, and he did not wait long to make his mark: four days later he scored in extra time against Rangers in the Scottish League Cup semi-final, sending Celtic through to the final, which they went on to lose 3–1 to St Mirren.

His first season was then interrupted. A hamstring injury picked up during a Europa League match against Midtjridsland in November 2025 kept him out for six months. He returned for the final league match of the season, against Heart of Midlothian, and made an immediate impact: he set up Daizen Maeda before scoring himself in injury time, a goal that sealed the Scottish Premiership title for Celtic.

At youth international level, Osmand represented Wales at both U16 and U17. A change in eligibility rules for players born in the Channel Islands has since closed off senior Wales duty to him, leaving England as his only route to senior international football.
