Darragh Power

Darragh Power's route into League of Ireland football ran through Waterford's youth ranks, but before that he was making a name for himself with a hurl in his hand. He represented Dublin at under-20 level in hurling, playing in the 2020 All-Ireland Final, and combined that with progress through Waterford's underage football sides. He was part of the Waterford squad that won the SSE Airtricity Under-19 League in 2019, scoring in the 3–1 final win over Galway United.

His senior debut came in a Munster Senior Cup semi-final for Waterford in 2018, and he signed his first senior contract in January 2020. The furthest he took the club in the FAI Cup was the quarter-finals, in 2022. He left Waterford as a free agent at the start of 2025.

Power then moved to England, joining League Two side Cheltenham Town, where he made 33 first-team appearances across a season. That spell proved short, and in January 2026 he returned home to sign for Bohemians on a free transfer. With Bohemians he has already reached the third round of the FAI Cup. He has not been capped at senior international level for the Republic of Ireland.
