Harol Anderson Enrique Salgado Oñate

Harol Salgado's career has been a steady climb through the lower tiers of Chilean football, built on two promotions won in successive seasons. He began playing on the streets of Talcahuano and had a brief spell in Huachipato's academy at the age of twelve before starting his senior career at Comunal Cabrero in the Tercera División B in 2019.

The breakthrough came at Arturo Fernández Vial, where he scored twice and helped the club win the Segunda División Profesional title, going up to Primera B. He carried that momentum to Coquimbo Unido, signing in March 2021 and winning the Primera B title in his first year there, earning a further promotion to the Primera División. Coquimbo later sent him out on loan twice, back to Arturo Fernández Vial for the second half of 2022 and then to Santiago Morning for the 2023 season.

His most productive spell in front of goal came at Athletic Club Barnechea, where he signed in February 2024, scoring 11 goals in the Primera B. He moved on to Deportes Limache for the 2025 Primera División campaign before joining Universidad de Concepción in July 2025.

Salgado has yet to add a Chile national team cap to his record, though his early development included stints at Juventud Letelier, Juventud Porteña and Unión Española.
