Landerson

Twenty-nine league appearances in his first season in Portugal, and not one of them ended with a goal. Landerson — Landerson Costa Araújo — arrived at Moreirense as a forward and spent 2025/26 logging 1,290 minutes in the Liga Portugal, finishing with two assists and no goals to his name. He added one appearance in the Taça de Portugal.

He came out of Maranguape, on the edge of the Fortaleza metropolitan area, and joined Fortaleza EC's academy in 2019 at the age of 13, starting with the Sub-14 side. He moved up through the Sub-17 and Sub-20 teams, playing 25 matches for the Sub-20s across the national championship, the Ceará state competition and the Copinha, scoring three goals and setting up one more. His professional debut came in 2024, in the Taça Fares Lopes with Fortaleza's senior side.

The move to Portugal was signed on 14 August 2025, on a contract running to June 2030. Moreirense paid €1m for 50% of his economic rights, with an option to buy a further 30% for another €1m; Fortaleza kept the other half. Nine days later he was on the pitch, coming on for Kiko in the 70th minute of a 2-0 win over Vitória de Guimarães.

A left-sided forward, right-footed, listed at 168cm and 59kg, he wears 78. The second season in Portugal has started slowly: two league appearances in 2026/27 so far, again without a goal or an assist. He has not been called up by Brazil at any level.
