Nemanja Tekijaški

Nemanja Tekijaški worked his way up through the Serbian lower leagues before making his name at FK Spartak Subotica. He began his youth career at FK Dinamo Pančevo and BSK Borča, then turned professional with FK Železničar Pančevo in 2015, making around 64 appearances in the Fourth League and Srpska Liga before a free transfer to Subotica in January 2018.

At Spartak he became captain and made over 100 appearances, and in the 2018/19 season he helped the club through the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League, eliminating Sparta Prague before losing to Brøndby IF. He was named the club's best player in 2019.

In July 2021 he moved abroad for the first time, joining Polish Ekstraklasa side Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza. The team was relegated in his debut season, but Tekijaški stayed on, took the captain's armband and helped the side finish third in the I Liga the following year, though promotion back to the top flight slipped away in the play-offs. He made 55 league appearances during his spell in Nieciecza.

He joined FK Jablonec on a free transfer in July 2023, following his former Nieciecza coach Radoslav Látal to the Czech club. He quickly established himself as a starter, playing every minute of the autumn half of the 2023/24 season as Jablonec avoided relegation, and was made club captain for 2024/25 under Luboš Kozel. He has passed 100 appearances for Jablonec across all competitions. In January 2025 he signed a multi-year extension with the club, turning down interest from Baník Ostrava.

Tekijaški has one cap for Serbia's under-23 side, coming on as a substitute against France U20 in October 2018.
