About the player

Nikolas Polster came up through Rapid Wien's academy from 2009 before signing his first professional contract with the club in January 2018. A free transfer took him to LASK in June 2020, where four years produced no senior appearances at all — instead, the goalkeeper was farmed out to FC Juniors OÖ, to SK Vorwärts Steyr, and then to SV Horn before the LASK spell ended.

That progression brought him to the senior squad for the 2024–25 UEFA Nations League play-offs in June 2025, though he is still waiting for his first cap at that level.
