About the player
Kapsimalis spent his early years at the local youth club BK Astrio, where he started playing at the age of six before moving on in 2020. He joined the Halmstads BK academy the following year, and he put pen to paper on his first professional contract with the club in September 2025, tying him to Halmstad until 2028.
His breakthrough onto the senior stage followed quickly.
At international level, Kapsimalis has represented Sweden through the youth ranks, turning out for both the under-17 and under-19 sides and being included in the squad for a UEFA Under-19 Championship cycle.
