About the player
Renzo Tytens joined Lyngby Boldklub in January 2026 on a free transfer, signing his contract on 20 January. The Belgian left-back's route to Denmark ran through the youth ranks at KFC Schoten SK, Royal Antwerp and KV Mechelen, and he joined PSV Eindhoven's academy in 2015. He played for Jong PSV, PSV's reserve side, where he made 16 appearances in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie during the 2023–2024 season.
In 2024 he left PSV for Club NXT, the reserve team of Club Brugge, before his move to Lyngby. Tytens has also represented Belgium at youth international level, with caps for the U17s in 2021, the U18s in 2023, and five appearances for the U19s across 2023 and 2024.
Born in Brasschaat, Tytens plays as a left-back.
