Alex Goode has played 402 times for Saracens, more than anyone in the club's history. His appearances span the years that made the club and the year that nearly unmade it.

The good years came first. Saracens won the Premiership in 2014–15 and 2015–16, and the European Rugby Champions Cup in 2015–16 and 2016–17. By 2019 they had three European titles and, with the 2017–18 and 2018–19 league wins, four Premiership titles. In January 2013 they had moved to Hendon, to a ground then called Allianz Park and before that Barnet Copthall. It holds 10,500, or 15,000 with temporary seating, and it is now called StoneX Stadium.

In November 2019 an independent panel ruled that the club had breached the salary cap in the 2016–17, 2017–18 and 2018–19 seasons. The breach came from payments to players that were not disclosed, arranged through business partnerships with the owner, Nigel Wray. Saracens were fined £5.36 million and docked 35 points.

The Championship title came in 2020–21, and the club returned to the top flight for 2021–22. They won the Premiership that season and again in 2022–23, six league titles in all. Maro Itoje, an academy graduate, now captains the side, and Owen Farrell, the club's all-time leading scorer, came back in 2025. The old fixture with Harlequins, the London Derby, was there to meet them.
