About the player
Four seasons at Lechia Gdańsk make up the longest stretch of Conrado's career. He arrived in January 2020 on a free transfer and made 118 appearances for the club, scoring five goals. His time there included the I Liga title, the Polish second division, in 2023–24.
The route to Poland began in Brazil. Conrado was in the youth system at Grêmio from 2010 to 2017 and played five senior matches for the club in 2017. He then moved to Oeste, where he played 30 games and scored once across the 2018 and 2019 seasons. A further 12 appearances followed for Figueirense in 2019, before Lechia signed him.
Conrado is used mainly at left-back, but he has also played on the left wing. That range is part of what he offered a Polish side. His goal record, five in more than a hundred matches for Lechia, shows that his contribution came mostly from defensive and supporting work on the flank.
In 2020, the year he joined Lechia, he obtained Italian citizenship through his family heritage.
After leaving Gdańsk he went back to Brazil in 2025 with Atlético Goianiense. He played 11 matches there without scoring.
