Albion Colorado

Boulder County sits at the foot of the Front Range, and its youth soccer runs through Longmont, Boulder and Lafayette. In 2012 Boulder County Force and Boulder Athletic merged as FC Boulder. In 2021 that club joined Boulder County SC to become Boulder County United. It took the Albion name in January 2024, when it joined the Albion SC Nationwide Network.

The men's team entered USL League Two in 2023, under the Boulder County United name, and played its first season with the new badge in 2024. The women's side started in the USL W League that same year. Home games are at Peak to Peak Charter School Field in Lafayette, a ground for about 1,500 spectators. The kit is blue and white, and the 2024 home shirt used a gradient. The nickname is the Owls.

The 2024 season ended on 19 July in the playoff Round of 32, a 2–1 defeat to Ventura County Fusion. The club has not won a national or conference title. Its rivals are the other Colorado sides: Flatirons Rush, Colorado Storm and Real Colorado Foxes.

Bachir Ndiaye, a midfielder, was drafted by Inter Miami CF in 2022 and went on to play for Charlotte Independence and Miami FC. Defender Lauren Flynn won two NCAA titles with Florida State, was drafted by the Utah Royals in 2024 and now plays for Dallas Trinity FC.
