A soccer academy in Parker set up shop in 2010 as a nonprofit.

The academy tag still shapes how the club operates. Matches are played at EchoPark Stadium, a synthetic-turf ground with floodlights that serves the town rather than a single tenant, and Colorado ISA has also turned out at Penn Stadium at Englewood High School, sharing facilities the way development sides typically do rather than holding a fixed home ground of their own. The Aurora area feeds into the same setup, giving the club a wider catchment than its Parker base alone would suggest.

What the club has not built up in its short life as a league side is a public identity beyond the results sheet: no settled colours, no nickname, nothing in the way of silverware.
