Nordsjælland

Farum sits north of Copenhagen. What began in 1994 as Farum Boldklub Kvinder became attached to the men's club when FC Nordsjælland took over the women's licence in October 2017, and the side has carried the FC Nordsjælland Kvinder name since the 2019–20 season.

Since that rebrand, the club has turned into the team to beat domestically. The Elitedivisionen title has come three times, in 2019–20, 2023–24 and 2024–25, and the domestic cup has been won in five of the last six seasons, most recently in 2025–26. In 2024–25 the Tigers also reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women's Europa Cup.

Much of that rise traces back to the Right to Dream Academy network in Ghana and Egypt, which has fed the first team with players such as Kathrine Kühl and Laila El Behery. Cecilie Larsen stands apart in the club's own history as its all-time leading scorer and most-capped player, a name synonymous with the years the club took over the top of the table.

Home games are played at Right to Dream Park, formerly Farum Park, in red shirts that give the team their nickname, the Tigers. The fixture that matters most is against Brøndby IF, treated as the biggest date on the Danish women's calendar. With the league and cup double now a habit rather than an event, the Tigers go into each season expected to defend both.
