Jubal Rocha Mendes Júnior

The scoring habit was formed in France. His most productive season was 2023–24, when he made 33 appearances and scored six as Auxerre won the Ligue 2 title; France Football named him in its Ligue 2 team of the round that year.

He came to the professional game at Vila Nova , making his debut in February 2011, and moved to Santos later that year. It took until 2013 to break into the first team there, and 2015 brought a Campeonato Paulista winner's medal along with a loan spell at Avaí , where he played six times. In January 2016 he rescinded his Santos contract and left for Portugal, with the Brazilian club retaining half his federative rights.

He made 44 league appearances for Arouca and was loaned out twice — 24 matches and a goal at Vitória de Guimarães in 2017–18, then 13 at Boavista in 2019. That September he signed permanently for Vitória de Setúbal , where he played 24 times and scored twice.

At youth level he was part of the Brazil under-20 squad that won the 2013 Toulon Tournament .
