About the player
Kaan İnanoğlu was born in Dallas, Texas, moving through Dallas Texans, DFI Bad Aibling and Boston Bolts before joining MSV Duisburg's academy. He made his professional debut with Duisburg in the 3. Liga during the 2023/24 season, appearing in six matches. In the summer of 2024 he moved to Eintracht Frankfurt II in the Regionalliga Südwest, where in the 2025/26 season he finished as the side's top scorer with 14 goals before a loan to FC 08 Homburg for the second half of the campaign, where he added nine goals in 13 matches.
That scoring run persuaded Dynamo Dresden to sign him on a free transfer in June 2026, with Eintracht Frankfurt retaining a buy-back option in the deal. He arrives at the club wearing the number 11 shirt for the 2026/27 season.
Internationally, İnanoğlu holds American citizenship but has chosen to represent Turkey, earning caps for the Turkey U19 side and scoring once for the age group between 2024 and 2026.
