Nikita Massalyga

Spartak Moscow paid nothing for Nikita Massalyga. When he left Enisey for the club's academy in August 2023 he had no professional contract, so no compensation was due under the regulations. Two months later, on 26 October 2023, he signed his first professional deal in Moscow.

The route there had a detour. He came through Enisey in Krasnoyarsk from 2007, spent two years at the Krasnodar academy from 2018, was expelled and went back to Enisey. In the Youth Football League's Siberia zone he won the title with them in 2022–23.

His senior debut came on 19 April 2025, on as a substitute in the 82nd minute of a Russian Premier League match against Akron that finished 3–2. He was 17 years, six months and ten days old — the youngest player Spartak had given a debut in 15 years. In July that year he extended his contract to June 2028, and on 21 October 2025 he scored his first goal for the senior side, in the Russian Cup against Dynamo Makhachkala. He won that competition with Spartak in 2025–26.

He has also played for Russia at youth level: one cap at under-17s, seven caps and three goals with the under-19s. Left-footed, he is used in midfield and on the right wing.
