Peng Xiao

Peng Xiao is a product of the Shandong Taishan academy, and his rise through the club has been rapid rather than gradual. He made his debut for Shandong Taishan B in the China League Two in 2024, appearing 24 times and scoring three goals, then followed that with 14 appearances and six goals for the B side in 2025. That return prompted his promotion to the first team, and he made his Chinese Super League debut on 19 July 2025 against Dalian Yingbo. Since then he has settled into the senior squad, making eleven appearances at that level.

Peng Xiao has come through the club's internal pathway entirely, moving from the youth setup to the B team and on to the first team without ever leaving Shandong Taishan or attracting a transfer fee. He represents China at international level, though his involvement with the senior side remains at an early stage, in keeping with a player whose professional career itself is still young.

He has not yet collected any major honours or individual awards, which is unsurprising given how little time has passed since his first-team debut.
