When Miguel Almirón's name comes up there, the club posts about it.

It took its name from a date: 3 November, the birthday of the country's president in 1940. The club was formed on 15 May 1959, and its first title arrived a decade later, in the Liga Deportiva de Fernando de la Mora — a regional competition, won by a side that at that point had no other stage to play on.

Promotion out of Primera División C came in 2004, under president César Bengas, and moved the club up to Primera División B.

Home is the Estadio Rubén Ramírez, which sits not in San Pablo but across the city in the Hipódromo district, and holds about 1,500.

In December 2025 the club met 15 de Mayo of Itapé over two legs. The second finished 2-2, 3-3 on aggregate, and 3 de Noviembre took the shoot-out 4-3. Their first season there begins in 2026.
