KSV 2 Women

KSV 2 Women play in a league where nobody outside Copenhagen's student world quite matches their roster: the board itself lists players from Italy, Estonia, Greece, Hungary and Argentina, and the club describes its own environment as international rather than local. Rivalry, for KSV, has less to do with a fixed opponent than with the annual Danske Studenter Mesterskaber, the student championship the club organises itself.

That second-tier campaign has been steady without breaking through: fourth in 2022/23, fifth in 2023/24, second in 2024/25, fifth again this season. No Danish championship or cup appears against the club's name.

Home games are played at Korsgadehallen on Korsgade, a 3,500-square-metre hall opened in August 2006 and shared with handball, in Indre Nørrebro. Founding papers exist — the statutes filed on 19 September 2018 carry an association number, 27352 — but even those say nothing about when Københavns StudenterVolley began. The club calls itself, on its own site, simply a young volleyball club: one that grew, by its own account, out of student volleyball rather than out of any documented founding date, now fielding five women's, three men's and four mixed teams under that same description.
