Grey Kufandada's hat-trick against Oden FC settled it: with that final match, Agama F.C. went through the entire 2025 Zimbabwe Division One Northern Region campaign unbeaten and took the title, sending the club up to the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League for 2026. Paul Chimalizeni, the coach who oversaw that run, was named Coach of the Year for the Northern Region Soccer League for his work. Across 2025 the club had already gone through Arthur Tutani, Takawanda Jongwe and Godfrey Tamirepi before Chimalizeni's spell, and once promotion was secured, Anderson Phiri took over.

Agama F.C. was founded only in 2022 in Mount Darwin, in Mashonaland Central Province.

The club plays its football away from its home town, sharing Wadzanayi Stadium in Shamva with Simba Bhora, before Premier Soccer League opposition such as Dynamos, CAPS United and Highlanders arrived to test it.
