In eleven years it took four of them: Deportivo Pereira S.A. in 2005, Dépor FC after a move to Valle del Cauca the following year, Dépor Aguablanca once it settled in Cali's Aguablanca district in 2009, and Atlético Fútbol Club — Atlético Cali — from 2016, when it kept its sporting history intact under yet another banner.

Gustavo Moreno Arango bought the club around the time of that first rename and drove every move that followed, from Valle del Cauca to Cali. The team plays out of the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero, a ground in Cali, in the Categoría Primera B and the Copa Colombia.

No title has followed any of the names. The closest it came was 2008, still playing as Dépor FC, when Julio Valdivieso took the side into a Primera B semi-final. It reached that stage again in 2021, as Atlético FC, only to finish bottom of its semi-final group. Andrés Sicachá coached through the change of identity between 2013 and 2016 and returned to the club in 2025.

It began, before any of the renaming, as Deportivo Pereira S.A. in 2005.
