OFK Vršac

Vršac had already lost its football club once. FK Vršac carried the city's name from 1913 until money ran out and the side folded in 2017. Before that collapse was even final, a separate project had taken shape — OFK Vršac United, formed on 2 April 2007 as an independent outfit with no claim on the old club's history. In December 2017, once FK Vršac was gone for good, the newer side dropped the "United" and became simply OFK Vršac.

The climb through Serbia's regional leagues took the better part of a decade. A first title came in 2013/14, winning Vojvođanska liga Istok, the fourth tier. It arrived in 2021/22: OFK Vršac won the Serbian League Vojvodina and stepped up into the Prva Liga, the second tier.

Born in Vršac, he played 162 matches for the side between 2018 and 2025, having already worn the shirts of Partizan, Teleoptik and Rad, and earned 14 caps for North Macedonia along the way.

None of it has yet produced a trophy above regional level — the club's honours remain those two league titles rather than anything from Serbia's top flight.
