Everton Galdino

Everton Galdino was signed by FC Tokyo in the summer of 2024, and it is a loan that has now taken him full circle. He was sent to Mirassol in January 2026, where he made 17 appearances, scoring once and setting up another in competitions that included the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Betano do Brasil. In July 2026 he moved on again, this time back to Vila Nova, the club where he made his professional debut in 2014, on a loan from FC Tokyo running until June 2027.

The path there ran through Tombense, where Galdino spent the bulk of his development years, including loan spells at Ponte Preta and Figueirense. It was at Tombense that he had his best individual season, scoring eight goals in the 2021 Série C as the club won promotion to Série B for the first time in its history. That form led Grêmio to take him on loan for 2023, a move that brought two pieces of silverware: the Recopa Gaúcha and the Campeonato Gaúcho, a title he retained with the club in 2024. Grêmio made the deal permanent in January 2024, paying Tombense around R$ 1.5 million for 70% of his economic rights.

FC Tokyo took him on loan with a mandatory purchase option in August 2024, and duly exercised it in January 2025, paying roughly US$ 1.2 million to make the transfer permanent. He has never featured for Brazil at any level, senior or youth.
