Jason Tatum has addressed his relationship with Jaylen Brown, saying the two have never had any serious falling-out and pointing to nine years of shared success in Boston.
"There are so many different stories, opinions and assumptions. But I love this guy. Just look at what we've been able to accomplish together over nine years. We've made five conference finals, played in two NBA Finals and won a championship. We've been to the All-Star Game together. You can't talk about him without talking about me, and vice versa. We achieved that success as two young players who grew up in this league and kept pushing each other. Unfortunately, the business side of basketball will always play its part. Nobody plays together forever. But that's not a reason to be sad or upset. You have to appreciate what we managed to accomplish together. He's a great person and a great player. I have enormous respect for him and I wish him all the best going forward," Tatum said on The Dan Patrick Show.
