Osar Thompson has agreed a 5-year, $155m extension with Detroit, and the deal was one year ahead of schedule for a rookie-scale contract. The move, first reported by Shams Charania, makes Thompson the fourth player from the 2023 draft class to sign early, following Victor Wembanyama, Amen Thompson and Keyonte George.
