Nahuel Adolfo Ferraresi Hernández

Nahuel Ferraresi left Venezuela for Argentina at the age of 12, working his way through the youth ranks at Vélez Sarsfield and Ferro Carril Oeste before Nueva Chicago gave him his senior debut in the Primera B Nacional. That combination of club and international form was enough to catch the eye of the Manchester City group.

What followed was a run of loans that took him across three countries: Montevideo City Torque, where he won the Uruguayan Segunda División; CF Peralada in Spain; Porto B; Moreirense; and Estoril Praia in Portugal. The move that finally settled him came in August 2022, when he joined São Paulo FC on loan. He won the Copa do Brasil in his first season there, and the club made the deal permanent in January 2024 for a fee of €4.3 million. A Supercopa do Brasil followed later that year.

In March 2026 he was loaned out again, this time to Botafogo FR for the rest of the year, with an option to buy set at €6 million. His honours list also includes the Kirin Cup, won with Venezuela in 2019.
