Cacak 94

Čačak already had two basketball clubs when a group of enthusiasts led by Dragomir Grujović formed a third in 1994, so that boys shut out of both senior squads would have somewhere to play. That local rivalry runs deepest with KK Borac Čačak, sharing the same city.

The club spent most of its existence working through the regional tiers: the Second Regional League, West Group One Division, in 2017–18, then the First Regional League, West Division, three years later. The 2020–21 Second League of Serbia season, taken without a single defeat and by an average margin of 23.5 points, carried Čačak 94 into the top-tier Basketball League of Serbia for 2022–23 — the club's highest level to date, without a national title to go with it.

Home games are played at Borac Hall, seating 4,000, and the club trades commercially as Čačak 94, with a further cooperation agreement in place with Dubai Basketball. In that 2024 cup run, beating a team from the Adriatic League was a marker of how far the club had come from the overflow team of 1994, and one still measured, in Čačak itself, against Borac.
