KK Kozuv Gevgelija

In 2013 the club reached the final of the Macedonian League; two years later it reached the final of the Macedonian Cup.

The club has carried the Kožuv name in Gevgelija, a town near the Greek border, since 1955, playing in red and white. Its history has one complication: in 2019 it merged with Blokotehna, a Gevgelija side that had won the BIBL Champions title that same year — but the trophy was lifted before the two clubs became one, so it sits in the record as Blokotehna's, not Kožuv's.

Aleksandar Dimitrovski, born in Gevgelija in 1980 and capped for the Macedonian national team, played for Kožuv in the 2011–12 season. He left and came back: in 2024 he returned to the club as sporting director before taking over as its president. Predrag Pajić wore the shirt from 2019 to 2022.

Kožuv's games against MKK Kumanovo carry the sharpest edge on the calendar, a rivalry renewed in both the BIBL league and cup fixtures in recent seasons; matches against MZT Skopje, Rabotnički and TFT Skopje fill out the rest of a schedule built around the Macedonian Superleague and the Macedonian Cup. Games are played at the Sports Hall '26 April', which holds 1,600.

What the club has still not done, in seventy years under its own name, is turn a final into a title.
