In the NB I/B Red Group, Fót's fixtures against Ceglédi KE and Újbuda MAFC are the ones the club marks as its main rivalries. Both sides sit in the same group, so the meetings recur every season rather than once in a cup draw.

Fót has the shorter history of the three. The Tigers came out of Megyeri Tigrisek SE, an association set up on 1 September 2011 in Újpest, Budapest. In 2022 the senior men's team was rebranded in partnership with the pharmaceutical wholesaler PHOENIX Pharma Zrt., moved to Fót and entered the second division for the 2022/2023 season. The orange and black colours come from the Tigers name.

The hall on Sport utca carries the sponsor's name and seats 576, with room for up to 1,500 when it is set up for events. It is small enough that a full house is easy to reach.

The 2023/2024 season gave the club its first real result. Fót finished fourth in the Red Group and reached the final of the Dr. Hepp Ferenc Emlékkupa, where PVSK-VEOLIA won and the Tigers took silver.

That result changes what the Ceglédi KE and Újbuda MAFC games mean. Fót arrives at them as the group's fourth-placed side, and both opponents have the same reason to want to beat the newest club in the division.
