Trinbago Knight Riders

Every meeting with the Guyana Amazon Warriors is billed as the biggest fixture in the Caribbean Premier League. They arrived at that standing under a different name — the side entered the inaugural Caribbean Premier League in 2013 as Trinidad and Tobago Red Steel. The Knight Riders Group, owners of Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, bought a majority stake in 2015, and after that year's title the franchise took its current name in 2016.

Five Caribbean Premier League titles have followed since 2015, the last of them in 2025, and the 2020 campaign stands apart: twelve wins from twelve matches. The women's team added its own championship in 2022. Home games are played at the Queen's Park Oval, in front of crowds that push toward 25,000 for the fixtures that matter.

But the name attached to the club longest is Dwayne Bravo, who captained the side through its formative years from 2013 to 2018, finished as its leading wicket-taker with over 110 dismissals, and returned in 2025 as head coach.
