Livingston and Inverness Caledonian Thistle played out a 2:2 draw in the Scottish Championship on Saturday, a result that keeps the hosts three places above their visitors in the table. The goal difference remained level at zero after four goals, though the statistics told a different story. Livingston dominated possession at 55 per cent and registered 173 attacks against Inverness's 123.
Both sides struggled to create meaningful chances — big chances created sat at zero for each team. Inverness managed five shots on target compared to Livingston's three, yet both sides hit fifty per cent accuracy on target. The hosts took no corners while the visitors claimed four, a small indication of territorial control.
Substitutions began flowing from the fifty-fourth minute, with L. Sole the first to come off for Livingston. Inverness brought on B. van Hoeven in the sixty-sixth minute, while Polworth replaced Mackinnon for the hosts in the sixty-seventh.
