Adrian Mazilu

Adrian Mazilu made his professional debut for FCV Farul Constanța in November 2022, scoring an injury-time winner against Rapid București in the Cupa României. He went on to become a key part of Farul's title-winning campaign that season, making 19 league appearances and scoring six goals as the club won the Liga I title, and he was named Gazeta Sporturilor's Romania Player of the Month for March 2023. Farul also reached the Supercupa României final that year.

That form earned Mazilu a move abroad. In January 2024, Brighton & Hove Albion signed him for a reported fee of €3 million. He never made a first-team appearance for the English club, instead spending the remainder of the 2023–24 season on loan at Vitesse in the Netherlands, where he featured three times in the Eredivisie and once in the KNVB Cup without scoring. His return to Brighton was disrupted by injury: he underwent hip surgery in October 2024, followed by a second procedure in January 2025, which kept him out of action.

In August 2025, Mazilu moved to Dinamo București in a permanent transfer worth an estimated €400,000–€600,000, with Brighton inserting both a sell-on clause and a buy-back option into the deal.

At youth international level, Mazilu has represented Romania at U16, U18, U19 and U21 level. With the U21s he has earned nine caps and scored one goal, and he was part of the squad at the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
