About the player
Ianis Târbă was born in Mollerussa, Spain, and represents Romania at international level. In 2022 he had a brief spell in FC Barcelona's La Masia before signing for Celta Vigo, where he continued his development in the youth system and eventually broke into Celta Fortuna, the club's reserve side in the Primera Federación.
At Celta Fortuna he made five senior appearances across two seasons without finding the net, but did not concede either, enough to put him on Dinamo București's radar. In January 2026 he completed a permanent free transfer to Dinamo, with Celta Vigo keeping a sell-on percentage on any future move.
He is still waiting for his first league goal for the club, but he did get on the scoresheet in the cup. A forward comfortable on either foot, he remains a fixture in Romania's youth national teams as Dinamo continue to build around him.
