Adam Ševínský

Adam Ševínský came through Sparta Praha's own academy, having arrived there in 2016 after early spells at FK Radošovice and Slavia Praha. His rise continued at Sparta Praha B, where he made his debut in the Czech National Football League in November 2022, and in the 2022–23 season he was part of the Sparta side that won the Czech U19 Championship.

Rather than push straight into the first team, the club sent him to Slovan Liberec on a season-long loan in July 2024, without an option to buy. He made his league debut for Liberec that same month. Sparta exercised an option to recall him early, and he returned to the club for winter training camp in early January 2025.

Ševínský made his senior debut for Sparta Praha on 29 January 2025, starting in a Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen. His breakthrough season was recognised outside the club too, as he finished runner-up for Talent of the Year in the 2025 Czech Footballer of the Year poll. He has not yet won a senior trophy with Sparta.

At international level, Ševínský has moved steadily up the Czech youth ranks without yet forcing his way into the senior national team. He collected 11 caps for the under-18s, five for the under-19s, six for the under-20s, and has continued to be involved with the under-21 side since 2024.
