Adolfo Gaich

Called up for Argentina's under-23 side, he was the top scorer of the Argentina squad that won gold at the 2019 Pan American Games, netting six goals including a brace in the semi-final against Uruguay, and he added three more goals for the under-20 team at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup. That form, built on the back of his breakthrough at San Lorenzo de Almagro's academy after a 2018 senior debut, earned him a single cap for the Argentina senior team in September 2019 against Mexico.

CSKA Moscow signed him for a reported fee of €8.5 million on a five-year contract. Spells at Benevento, SD Huesca, Hellas Verona, Çaykur Rizespor, Antalyaspor and Krylia Sovetov Samara, with only 27 league appearances and a single goal for CSKA itself. Former CSKA player Alexander Mostovoi later remarked that many of the club's own fans did not even realise Gaich had played for them.

There were still moments to point to. He won the Russian Cup with CSKA in the 2022–23 season and the Russian Super Cup in 2023, and during his loan at Antalyaspor he finished as the club's top scorer in the 2024–25 Süper Lig campaign with eight goals. In January 2026 he terminated his contract with CSKA and signed for Estudiantes de La Plata as a free agent on a three-year deal.
