Andrey Langovich

Andrey Langovich joined the Rostov academy at the age of nine and never left the club. He worked his way through the youth ranks, making his debut in the Molodezhny Perventstvo against Akhmat Grozny. On 1 July 2021 he was promoted to the first team, and within two years had established himself well enough to be handed a long-term contract, signed in June 2023 and running to 2028, by which point he had made 49 official appearances and contributed three goals and two assists. He has since passed the century mark for the club across all competitions, all of it in Rostov colours, with no spell out on loan or a move elsewhere.

Langovich worked through the Russian youth international set-up as well, collecting caps at U18, U19 and U21 level, including appearances in Euro 2022 qualifying with the U19s. His step up to the senior side came in September 2023, when he featured in two friendlies against Egypt's Olympic team, a draw followed by a defeat. A formal call-up to the senior national team followed in June 2024, and he has continued to appear on the squad lists published in 2024 and 2025.

Primarily a full-back capable of playing on either side of defence, he has also been used further forward as a wing-back and in midfield.
