Konstantin Kuchaev

Kuchaev's clearest highlight came away from routine league business: on 27 September 2017, on as a substitute for CSKA Moscow in the 90th minute of a Champions League group-stage match against Manchester United, he scored by rolling the ball between David de Gea's legs in a game CSKA lost 1-4. This moment occurred during his CSKA years, which began after he joined the club's academy in 2015 having come through Master-Saturn, and led to a first-team debut in April 2017.

He spent most of his career at CSKA, twice finishing as Russian Premier League runner-up before winning the Russian Cup in 2022/23, and was named RPL Player of the Month in August 2020 after scoring four goals and setting up another in six matches. A loan spell at Rubin Kazan in the second half of the 2021/22 season brought nine league appearances and a goal. He earned a single senior cap for Russia, debuting in a friendly against Moldova in November 2020, having previously progressed through the under-17, under-19 and under-21 national sides.

His time at CSKA ended by mutual agreement in February 2024, after which he signed for Pari NN as a free agent and made nine appearances before FC Rostov signed him on a free transfer that June, on a contract running to 2029. He arrives at Rostov as a free agent.
