Daniil Penchikov

Daniil Penchikov spent twelve years in Zenit Saint Petersburg's academy before making a senior breakthrough, joining the club's youth system at the age of four and staying until 2016. He signed his first professional contract with Zenit that year, though his senior football came through the reserve side: 45 appearances and a goal for Zenit-2 in the FNL.

A loan to Tom Tomsk in February 2019 became permanent the following year, and Penchikov went on to make 58 appearances across his time there, scoring twice in the 2020/21 season. His move to Pari NN in July 2021 put him in the Premier League for the first time, where he made 22 appearances for the newly promoted club. A loan to Kazakhstan's Aktobe followed in 2023, before he returned to Nizhny Novgorod and later joined another Kazakh side, Yelimay, on a free transfer in June 2024.

Penchikov signed for Arsenal Tula in February 2025 as a free agent, stepping into the Russian First League. He has established himself as a regular starter there: 37 league appearances have produced five goals, with a sixth added in cup competition. He has not been called up to Russia's senior national side, though he represented Saint Petersburg at youth level.
