Abdullah Dıjlan Aydın

Abdullah Dıjlan Aydın spent much of his early senior career at Karacabey Belediyespor, the club he was loaned to three times by İstanbulspor. He made 25 appearances and scored twice in 2020–21, then played 23 matches and scored once the following season. He went back in January 2023 for a third spell of 12 appearances and one goal.

The route to that point began in Istanbul's youth football. He was with Galatasaray from 2011 to 2014 and then with Beylerbeyi until 2017. He joined İstanbulspor's youth setup that year and signed his first professional contract there in 2019.

Aydın is a left-footed midfielder from Çınar in Diyarbakır. After leaving Karacabey he went on loan to Amedspor for 2023–24, where he played 25 matches and scored once. His Süper Lig debut with İstanbulspor came in 2022–23. For the club he has made around 55 league appearances and scored three goals. Across all clubs he has more than 140 league appearances and eight goals.

In November 2025 his career took a different turn. On 13 November the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) of the Turkish Football Federation banned him for 45 days under Article 57/2 of the disciplinary regulations, for betting violations. His was one of the sanctions handed down to 102 players from the Süper Lig and the 1. Lig in the wider betting investigation that year.
