About the player
Enes Erol was part of the Mardin 1969 Spor side that won the 2. Lig play-offs in 2025/2026. The club beat Muş Spor 2-1 in the final on 9 May 2026 and were promoted to the Trendyol 1. Lig. Erol arrived in December 2025 as a free agent and became a key player in that campaign. In July 2026 he signed a professional contract with the club, running until 30 June 2028.
The route there began in Kozan, where he played youth football for Kozan Spor FK. In 2018 he moved to the Adana Demirspor academy, having spent the 2017/2018 season at Tümosan Konyaspor as an amateur. He came through the club's U19 side and the reserves. For the 2021–2022 season he was loaned to Yozgat Belediyesi Bozokspor in the Regional Amateur League. He also played twice for the Turkish U19 national team.
Adana Demirspor gave him his first professional contract on 20 August 2024. He was sent out on loan twice. At 1922 Konyaspor in the 3. Lig he played 14 games and scored two goals between August and December 2024, before the loan was ended by mutual consent. From January to June 2025 he was at Erciyes 38 FK, also in the 3. Lig.
Back at Adana Demirspor for 2025/2026, he made six appearances in the 1. Lig and set up two goals. Mardin followed within the season, and with it the play-off run that took the club up.
