Fredrik Holmé

Fredrik Holmé made his name at Kongsvinger, where he played 110 league matches and was named OBOS-ligaen Young Player of the Month in June 2023. He scored once in the league in that time. Counting cup games and play-offs, his total there reached 126 appearances.

He came to Kongsvinger from Vålerenga, the club he joined from the Skeid youth system in 2017. Vålerenga's second team was his main stage for several seasons, and he made 38 appearances for it and scored six goals. His first-team debut came in 2020, in a single league match. That autumn he went on loan to Ull/Kisa and played seven times before the spell ended in December.

In January 2022 Holmé signed a three-year contract with Kongsvinger. Vålerenga kept an option to bring him back, but he stayed on and became a regular starter in the OBOS-ligaen. His route into that side ran through the Vålerenga reserves and a short loan, not through a long run of top-flight games.

On 30 January 2026 he moved up a division to Fredrikstad, on a contract that runs until the end of December 2030. He has made 11 league appearances for the club and scored one goal.

Holmé was born in Oslo and has come through the capital's clubs, Skeid and then Vålerenga, before his move to Kongsvinger.
