Guram Goshteliani

Guram Goshteliani has spent most of his career shuttling back to the same address. Iberia 1999 is where he broke through, where he returned twice more, and where he lifted the Erovnuli Liga title in both 2018 and 2025 — the second time as a regular, with 20 appearances and four goals in the campaign.

Between those two title-winning spells the forward went looking for game time elsewhere. A loan to Dila Gori in 2019 gave him senior football away from Tbilisi, and in 2020 he moved abroad for the first time, joining Pirin Blagoevgrad in Bulgaria, where he won the Second League title in his first season there. He stayed in Bulgaria into the following year before heading back to Georgia.

That return, in 2022, came in stages: a first half-season with FC Telavi, then a second stint at Iberia 1999 that ran into 2023. In 2024 he tried a different route altogether, signing for Dolný Kubín in Slovakia, before once again finding his way back to Iberia 1999 for the 2025 season. From there, the summer of 2026 took him to FC Gagra.

At international level, Goshteliani has represented Georgia through the age groups, from under-17 to under-21, and picked up two caps for the under-21 side. He has not yet made a senior appearance for the national team.
